Roasted Curry Cauliflower Recipe

Half head of cauliflower, sliced into quarter-inch thick slices

1tsp curry powder

2T chopped chives

2T garlic-infused oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients in a bowl to coat the cauliflower pieces.

Spread in single layer on baking sheet or glass pan

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes
