New SIBO 30-Minute Cookbook

If you have SIBO, cooking can feel like a part-time (or sometimes full time!) job. Having quick and easy recipes on hand is a must. All the recipes in this book take 30 minutes or less to make, including prep. My goal in writing this book is to help those with SIBO create delicious and healthy meals for themselves and their family without having to spend all of their time and energy in the kitchen.

The 30-Minute SIBO Cookbook uses the low FODMAP diet and each recipe displays other SIBO diets it also works for as well as if it’s gluten free (all of the recipes are!), dairy free, vegetarian, egg free and/or nut free. Some of my favorites from the book include Cinnamon Blueberry Rice Flour Pancakes, Thai-Inspired Chicken Noodle Soup, Great Green Sauce and the Nut Butter Sauce. Sauces are great to use as dips, a mix-in with rice or vegetables or as a protein topping. Soups are easy to digest and make an ideal portable meal. Rice flour is great for baking for those who tolerate rice products. White rice (and white rice products) are easier for people with SIBO to digest because they’re high glycemic and low fiber. They may also help those who are losing weight to maintain weight by adding additional carbohydrates to their diet.

See recipes for the Nut Butter Sauce and Cinnamon Blueberry Rice Flour Pancakes below. Bon Appetit!

I hope you enjoy the recipes below as well as others in the cookbook. The cookbook is now available on Amazon.
